“Oakview is rooted in the rich land of Iowa, where we were founded in 1960.  Like a mighty oak tree with strong roots in good soil, we have grown up and out, extending our services and professionalism to serve local, regional, and national businesses.  Our clients include owners and developers of commercial, industrial, communication, institutional, housing, retail, and restaurant properties throughout the country.
